Over nearly three decades, Stephan “Steph” Tanguay built Greenteam Landscaping into one of Quebec’s leading firms . Through thousands of projects, he developed deep relationships across the Montréal landscaping and outdoor‑living community and honed a rare ability to see the potential of a property before a single shovel hit the ground . This combination of practical experience and creative foresight informs everything we do at Concept72.
The Shift
In 2014 Steph made a pivotal decision: he sold Greenteam to focus entirely on his passion for outdoor lighting and sound . Inspired by the way lighting can shape mood and memory, he founded Concept72 to blend technical expertise with artistic vision. Our mission is to create lasting outdoor experiences for our clients, whether through subtle architectural lighting or immersive soundscapes.
What Makes Concept 72 Different
